Code: Unlock 1 Minute Game and Skip Coin Flips

At the GAME SET UP screen, press C, C, B, B. (If any input other than the exact sequence is entered, the code fails and you must restart the console.) If done correctly, Madden says “BOOM!” and the text Built on 8/23/94 9:54PM appears. The music stops. The 1 Minute option unlocks under Game Length. Coin flips are skipped.

Code: Unlock Jaguars and Panthers

At the GAME SET UP screen, press B, A, C, A, C. (If any input other than the exact sequence is entered, the code fails and you must restart the console.) If done correctly, Madden says “POW!” and the music stops. The Carolina Panthers and Jacksonville Jaguars unlock. Both teams have all excellent players.

Verified using ROM with CRC32 of db0be0c2 with US console region.
