Go to the options screen and select the following numbers, pressing
C after each one: 009, 019,
010, 024, 011, 013,
006, 027, 006, 088,
003, 030. If done correctly, a “Yes!” sound
plays. Hold A and press Start to access a level select
screen.
Press Left or Right to navigate. The left side of the screen has the following options:

The right side of the screen lists the available levels (Dump 1, Dump 2, Dump 3, Waste 1, etc.). Bonus levels and the bottom two levels return you to the main menu after completion.
The level select can be accessed at any time during gameplay by pressing A and Start. (This persists after a soft reset.)
