Get a score high enough to appear on the high score table (the lowest
default score is 1). Then either get a game over or beat the game. At
the high score name entry screen, enter HELLO MURRAY as
your name. If done correctly, X-Tra Help unlocks at the
main menu. This menu includes Level Selector (level select)
and View Cameos (plays all cutscenes in order).
At the Password screen (accessed from the options menu),
enter any password below to go to its corresponding level.
